Why
Many of us have grown up in a society that has told us who and how we should be and what it is we should prioritize. Our goal at by her hand is to break down this cultural misinformation and rediscover each woman’s true self. Through the process of finding our own wellness, we in turn will have more to offer those around us. Allowing us to become better friends, partners, wives, mothers, sisters and daughters. And most importantly, guiding the next generation through our example towards a balanced and free life.
Our Hope
At by her hand, our heart is to provide the everyday woman with mental + emotional support, allowing every woman the opportunity to grow in freedom. Through new insights, stretching our comfort zones and an open mind, we aim to guide and support each individual’s journey to wholeness.
About the founder
Ashlee Leal spent years as a designer in an industry of men. Always believing she had to prove her worth.
After dealing with an emotional and mental setback with the onset of extreme anxiety and panic attacks, she went on her own journey of healing.
Through this process she discovered more than just how to manage life’s challenges but how to be free of the belief that she had to DO and BE a certain way to live a full and free life.
Her heart is to unite and empower everyday women like herself to begin taking steps towards wholeness. To lead women in the process of rediscovering their value and worth. Ultimately changing the course of our lives and the lives of our children. Allowing us to grow into a life of complete freedom.
